Authority has allotted 1000 hectare land in sector 25 as Special development Zone in which 35% land is for Core Activity (Formula-1 race Stadium etc.) and balance 65% Non Core Activity (Residential, Commercial, Institutional). In area M/s J.P.S.I. completed the construction of Car Racing (Formula-1) Track. M/s J.P.S.I. has successfully executed 3 times car racing on Formula-1 track. In which participants came from India and abroad both.

Authority has allotted land in Sector-26 as LFD (Land for Development). The permissible use for this sector is Residential.
